We specialise in creating bespoke Nidra & NSDR practices for all companies - large or small - to bring the many benefits of Yoga Nidra to your Wellbeing programmes.

Yoga Nidra can be a very powerful tool as part of one's personal development. We work with you to cater for your own individual journey and needs.

For Practice

Loose clothing is best, have a comfy jumper and warm socks at hand as our body temperature drops during practice - and maybe one more blankie than you think you’ll need.

To build your 'Nidra nest', have some blankets, pillows and cushions with you (and if available, a bolster and perhaps an eye pillow or mask) to be as warm and supported as possible.

For online practice, it’s best to use headphones and if you enjoy using oils or other ways of bringing your favourite scents in to your space, this can bring a wonderful added dimension to your sense of relaxation and rest.
